Park West district and Biscayne Bay at night, Downtown Miami
Park West, Downtown Miami

Park West, Around E11EVEN

Both towers stand on NE 11th Street in Park West, the northern edge of Downtown Miami, between Miami Worldcenter and the bay. Museums, the arena and the train are on foot; Brickell, Wynwood and the beach are a short drive.

The Block

NE 11th Street, Park West

The towers face each other across a single block of NE 11th Street, joined above it by the signature bridge. PMG has built much of the surrounding district, which it calls District 11, with E11EVEN Miami across the street and Miami Worldcenter beside it.

Park West sits at the northern edge of Downtown, where the arena, the museums on the bay and the city's train station are all on foot. Approximate times from the towers, without traffic:

Living Here

A Block That Never Closes

Park West is Downtown's entertainment district, and E11EVEN Miami, across the street, runs around the clock. The towers were designed for that setting rather than in spite of it.

If you are buying a residence to live in, come see the block at night as well as by day before you sign, then choose the floor and the side of the building with that visit in mind. I would rather you know the street at midnight before closing than after.
